Avg Age (Days)
The average number of days since the incident was created. The number is
useful for understanding the age of the incident. This measure is valid for all
incidents that do not have a status of Resolved or Closed.
Avg Age (Hours)
The average number of hours since the incident was created. The number is
useful for understanding the age of the incident. This measure is valid for all
incidents that do not have a status of Resolved or Closed.
Avg Age (Minutes)
The average number of minutes since the incident was created. This number
is useful for understanding the age of the incident. This measure is valid for
