Incident Assignment Count
The number of users and groups that are assigned to an incident. An incident
can have more than one person assigned to it. This measure is useful for
determining the number of users that are assigned to a given incident.
Open Incident Count
The total number of open incidents. This measure is valid for all incidents
that do not have a status of Resolved or Closed.
Reference Count
The number of references. A reference can be a number of different
associations. For example, Location, Computer, and Business Services.
Reopened Incident Count
The number of incidents that have been reopened.
