The bar code labels on the chassis and the FICs contain information about production and

servicing. Before you ask your agent for servicing, provide its bar code.

The system does not display the host name and gateway parameters when upgrading if you did not

set them. Thus, the display information on your side will be a little different from the above symptom

information.
