Setting up the Common Specifications

The following functions listed in the table below are available in the common
specifications on the copier control panel. Press the <Custom Presets/Meter Check> key,
select [Custom Presets], and select [System Presets]. This will allow the user to set up
the parameters for the entire machine.
Time & Date
Timer
Auto Clear / Backlight Off
How to Start Scanning
Scan Speed
Attention Tone
Other System Presets
Item
Sets up the system clock and calendar.
Sets the time that is to elapse before activating the
power saving mode.
Automatically resets the system and sets up the
backlight function.
Sets the method for starting document scanning.
Sets the speed at which documents are to be
scanned.
Sets the buzzer on and off.
Sets up all other system presets.

The Auto Clear function erases all settings
automatically after the relevant copies have
