Replace both brake pads when
the friction material (even if in
one brake pad only) has worn to

Periods of inactivity

The following operations are recommen-
ded:
1. General cleaning of the vehicle.
2. With the engine off and the piston at
bottom dead centre, remove the spark
plug and pour 1 to 2 cc (0.06 to 0.12 cuin).

the kick starter 3-4 times to slowly crank
the engine through a few turns and refit
the spark plug.
3. Disconnect the battery cables from the
terminal posts, remove the battery and
store in a cool, dry place.
4. Inflate the tyres and set the vehicle on
front and rear stands so that both tyres
are off the ground.
5. Drain the fuel tank.

Stilstand van het voertuig

Er wordt aangeraden om de volgende
handelingen uit te voeren:
1. De algemene reiniging van het voer-
tuig.
2. Demonteer de bougie, wanneer de
motor is stilgelegd en met de zuiger op
het onderste dode punt, en voer in de vu-
lopening 1 ÷ 2 cc (0.06 ÷ 0.12 cuin) olie.

startpedaal van de motor zodat hij enkele
toeren kan draaien, en hermonteer de
bougie.
3. Maak de kabels van de accu los van
de klemmen, verwijder de accu en plaats
ze in een droge en koele plaats.
4. Blaas de banden op en plaats het voer-
tuig op de voorste en achterste stan-
daards, zodat de banden van de grond
zijn.
