Num Idle Agent - This is the factor used in calculating the Resource Index
for the group with a range of 0-255.
Service Rate - This is the average service rate (call handling time) for the
group with a range of 0-600.
Consider Source - This field specifies whether the source group should be
considered when determining the best target group for time overflow calls.
The values are Yes or No.
