Possible Cause(s)
• TV station problems.
• Video menu not adjusted
properly.
• Check for disturbing
source.
• Appliance too close to
TV.
• Sub-standard broadcast.
• Sub-standard cable signal.
• RF not connected, loose.
• Local interference.
• Scrambled CATV channel.
• Cable not connected.
• Cable service interrupted.
• Audio muted.
• Broadcast problem.
• A/V cables incorrectly
connected.
• Audio Out cable wrong.
• No 2nd Audio/SAP on
program.
• Wrong Ant. connection/location.
• TV/VCR button set wrong.
• Wrong output channels
selected.
• Loose connection.
• Broadcast problem.
• Video menu options set wrong.
• Sleep Timer turned
Integrator Box Off.
• Off Timer turned TV Off.
• Power failure.
• Power outlet controlled by
switch. (Switch turned off.)

Possible Solution(s)
- Try a different channel.
- Check Video menu option settings.
The following may cause image problems or distortion:
Electrical appliances, powerful lights, cars, trucks; comput-
ers or portable phones; medical equipment
- If possible increase the distance between the
Integrator Box and the offending appliance,
or shut one of them off.
- Try a different channel.
- Notify cable company of reception problem.
- If a VCR is connected, play a tape.
- Make or tighten connection.
- Try different channel. Turn off interfering appliance.
- Tune to unscrambled channel.
- Connect cable to Antenna/Cable.
- Contact cable service.
- Press MUTE or volume right key to increase sound level.
- Try a different channel.
- Install A/V cables correctly.
- Install audio out cable correctly.
- Choose another audio mode option or a different
program.
- Move antenna, check connection/location.
- Set TV/VCR button on your VCR correctly.
- Set output channels on all A/V equipment to same
channel (3 or 4).
- Check that all connections are tight.
- Try another channel.
- Check Video menu brightness controls.
- Turn Integrator Box back on.
- Turn Integrator Box back on.
- Check other power outlets.
- Connect Integrator Box power cord to outlet that is
not controlled by a switch.
- Disable On/Off Timer.
- Go to Timer option in Setup menu and enable
On/Off Timer.
- Connect over-the-air antenna or cable service wire
to Antenna/Cable jack.
-Turn on equipment connected to rear Audio/Video.
-Connect equipment to Audio/Video.
