Lock Setup – Block Channel
Block Channel
Blocks any channels that the end-user does not want to view or that the end-user does not want children to watch. If
you tune in a blocked channel, a pop-up will appear. You will have to enter the correct password to view the channel.
If you turn your Integrator Box off then on, Block Channel will be automatically reactivated.
To block channels:
Press the MENU button on the Remote Control to display the on-screen menu.

Scroll down using "TV/FM (DOWN ARROW)" on the Remote Control to highlight LOCK.

Select the Lock menu by pressing "ENTER".

Scroll down to Block Channel using "TV/FM (DOWN ARROW)".

Press "ADJ 2 2 " to display the Block Channel menu.

Use "SELECT (UP ARROW), TV/FM (DOWN ARROW), 1 1 ADJ, ADJ 2 2 " to move the highlight in the channel

editing menu.
Toggle Blocked or Unblocked using "ENTER".

The screen shown at the top left will indicate if the highlighted channel is blocked or unblocked.
Press "1 1 ADJ" to return to the previous menu or press the MENU button repeatedly on the Remote

Control to exit the menu.

If you tune to a blocked channel, a password is required to view the channel. The Channel Block feature should not
be used as the only parental control. Since station assignments may change from time to time, controls such as rat-
ing should always be used as the primary parental control. Additionally, the Channel Block settings may be reset if
there is an interruption to the AC power (such as if set is unplugged or there is a power failure).
