In most programs, you can
select large amounts of text
and graphics. You can then
move, copy, or delete your
selected text, graphics, or
files.
Zooming in reduces the
view of a document page,
and zooming out enlarges
the view.

Selecting and Moving Large Amounts of

Text and Graphics

1. Select the text or graphics:

2. Drag the selection to the desired destination while holding
down the left mouse button.
3. When the selection is positioned in the desired location,
release the left mouse button.

Zooming In and Out

1. Place the cursor in a document.
2. Press and hold the Ctrl key on
the keyboard.
3. Determine how much of the
page you want to view:

For text, click at the
beginning of your
selection, hold down the
left mouse button, and
move the cursor to the
end of your selection.
For graphics, click on the
center of the graphic.
To zoom in and enlarge the
area you want to view, move the wheel on the
mouse forward.
To zoom out and see more of the page, move the wheel
on the mouse backward.
