Deleted files sent to the
Recycle Bin use space on
the computer hard drive.
To free up some space,
periodically empty the
Recycle Bin.
You can create a folder in
which to organize and store
related document files. For
example, you can create a
folder named Budget2000.
Store all your financial
files, such as expenses,
profits, taxes, and so forth,
in the Budget2000 folder.
Tip
Another way to create a new
folder is to click the folder or
drive (in the left panel of
Windows Explorer) in which
you want to place the new
folder. Then right-click a
blank area in the right panel,
point to New on the pop-up
menu and click Folder.
