Adding Text for Data CDs
A typical theme for Data CDs includes text boxes for the
following:
Contents: A description of the contents of the CD. Usually

displayed on the front cover.
Title: The title of the CD. Usually displayed on the front

cover.
Volume ID: The Volume ID can include the name of the CD

and/or the name for the volume set. When you make a cover
or insert, the Volume ID contains the date and time the CD
was created. Usually displayed along the back cover spines
and CD label pages.
Date: The date the CD was created. Usually displayed along

the back cover spines and CD label pages.
Adding Information for Data CDs
1. Select the page view that contains the text box you want to
edit.
2. Double-click the text box to edit its contents.
3. Type the text you want to add and press Enter.
4. To add additional information, such as file names, author,
copyright, and so on, see Adding Text.
