One-Step Patch Uninstallation
You can use the undo patch install command to uninstall all patches from all the cards and OAM CPU.
The patches then turn to the IDLE state. This equals the execution of the commands patch deactive
and patch delete on each card and OAM CPU.

Deleting Patches
Deleting patches only removes the patches from the memory patch area, and does not delete them
from the storage medium. The patches turn to IDLE state after this operation. After a patch is deleted,
the system runs in the way before it is installed with the patch.
