Unstable Edge Position Results
There Is an Edge But It Cannot Be Detected

Edge Level
An edge is detected in the following way.
1. The color change distribution of the entire measurement region is determined.
2. The minimum color change is 0%. The maximum color change is 100%.
3. The location where the color change intersects with the edge level is detected as the edge.

The maximum and minimum color changes within the edge detection region are determined. If the difference
is less than the noise level, it is assumed that there are no edges. Normally there is no problem with the
default value of 10, but if noise is mistakenly detected as an edge, make this value higher.

Max. color change − Min. color change ≥ Noise level → Edge found → Perform measurement

Set the color change level to detect as an edge.
Default: 50
The edge point is found based on a threshold that is set for a color change.

If you change the edge level, perform teaching again.

Sets the density level to be considered as noise.
Default: 10
If the difference between the maximum and minimum color changes in the
region is below the noise level, it will be assumed that there is no edge.
Increase this value if noise is incorrectly detected as an edge.
