Countermeasure
Configure the DST1 correctly.
Replace the connected device.
Check the wiring.
1. Check the wiring.
2. Replace the DST1.
3. Make sure the I/O power supply
voltage is within specifications.
Remove the error in the other chan-
nel.
Replace the DST1 if the system fail-
ure still occurs after turning the
power supply ON again.
Replace the relay.
