How to Write the RECEIVE Command
There are several parts to the RECEIVE
command.

If you need the parts shown in upper case, type
them exactly as shown. If you need the parts
shown in lower case, you must supply the names
or values that you want. The parts between the
parentheses are optional.

The name of the command.
(Y ou always need this name.)
The diskette reader or fixed
disk on which you want to put
the file: a, b, c, or d. (If the
3270 PC Utilities are on a
diskette and the file is to be
placed on a separate diskette,
this part must name drive B.
If, in addition, you have only
one diskette drive and you are
told to insert a diskette into
drive B, insert it into drive A
instead. If you want to put the
file onto your default drive,
this part is optional.)
The subdirectories into which
you want to put the file.
(Include only if you want to
put the file into a
subdirectory. )
