Enter (in notepad windows)
PF keys (in notepad windows)
If you decide at this point that you don't want
to make this recording, don't press any keys.
Press the Finish key.
9. Type what you want to record.
For example, let's record this short note:
Dear Geoff,
Thank you for your generous contribution.
Sincerely,
Jim
When you type something that has more than
one line:
Use the
~
key to begin the second line if
all the lines are to begin at the left side of
the screen.
Use the Cursor keys to position the cursor
at the beginning of the second line if it is
not going to begin at the left side of the
screen. Don't use the
~
key.
Use the
~
key to move the cursor to the
next input area (field) on the screen if it
has them.
10.
When you are done typing, press the Finish
key.
The record symbol disappears from the bottom
of the screen.
That's all there is to it. You now have a
recording called JMEMO. If you want to play
this recording, follow the instructions in the
section, "Playing a Keystroke Recording" on
page
11-11.
