WARNING:

product moves in your direction, a right
turn on the remote control makes the
product turn to your left. Make sure that
you know how to move the product in the
wanted direction.
• Do not let children or other persons not approved for
operation of the product with the remote control to
use or do servicing on it. Local laws may regulate
the age of the user.
• Keep the remote control from not approved persons.
When the remote control is not in operation, make
sure that it is set to off and kept in the supplied
storage box.
• Set the switch for remote control mode to the "0"
position when the remote control is not in operation.
• Do not let the remote control stay unsupervised
when the product is in remote control mode.
• Do not keep the remote control where it can fall or
become damaged by external forces. If the remote
control falls, it can come on accidentally.
• Do not let the product stay unsupervised with the
engine on. Always stop the blades, apply the parking

Safety instructions for operation in remote
control mode
WARNING:

product.
• The product can be operated by a remote control
from a distance. The receiver for the remote
control signal enables operation when the product
is temporarily hidden behind an obstacle. Do not
operate the product unless you have clear view of
the product and its risk area. Make sure that your
distance from the product is maximum 50 m.
• Stay in correct operation distance when you operate
the product with the remote control. When the
product is out of operation range of the remote
control, the parking brake is automatically applied,
the drive of the cutting deck is disengaged and the
engine stops. This can cause dangerous situations
for you or others. For information related to operation

• Examine the work area to prevent dangerous
situations. Immediately push the machine stop
button if there is a dangerous situation.
• Make sure that there is sufficient space around
you during operation with the remote control. Make
sure that there is no risk that you or bystanders
can become trapped between the product and an
obstacle such as a wall or other hard surface.
• Make sure that no persons are in close range of
the product when you operate the product with the
remote control. Refer to
control mode on page 21 .
• Do not operate the product in areas where
explosions can occur.
• Do not operate the product with the remote control
across objects. Move around stones and other large
objects carefully and make sure that the blades do
not hit the objects. Stop and examine the product
and cutting deck if you operate the product across or
into an object. Do all necessary repairs before you
restart the product.
