DVD/DVR control buttons
When the DVD/DVR is preset by the learnin.g function
of the remote control, the remote control unit buttons
will function as follows when the Mode switch of the
remote control unit is set to DVD/DVR,
When the input selector button having the same
number as the input terminal connecting a DVD
player or DVD recorder is pressed, these players can
be operated using (b to q_,
DVD players or DVD recorders made by other manu-
facturers and not preset can also be operated using
the remote control unit if(l} to d_ have learned the
functions. See page 97,

Press to change the channel of the tuner built in
the DVD recorder.
,._) RETURN
When the DVD menu is in display, press to restore
tl_e immediately previous screen.
(_} 1_ (PLAY)
Selects playback.
_ _ (CHAPTER SEARCH)
Pressing quickly once takes you to tl_e start of tl_e
cl_apter currently playing. Eacl_ time you press it,
you move back to tl_e start of tl_e previous cl_apter.
_) .@_ (SCAN)
Continue pressing to go backward.
SOURCE
Turns the power oftheDVD player or DVD
recorder on and off,
,_J|I (PAUSE/STILL)
Sets pauses and still pictures.
_) SAT/DV{) mVIENU(OVD, DVD recorder)
When this button is pressed, the DVD menu will
appear.
(@ ENTER, ÷/÷/÷/@ (_VD, _V_ recorder)
ENTER: Press to activate tl_e selected
function.
÷/÷/÷/÷: Press the button to select items on
the DVD MENU screen.
,I_) DVD TOP MENU (DVD, DV_ recorder)
When this button is pressed, the DVD top menu
will appear.
