38.1 Email Notification Overview
A mail server is an application or a computer that can receive, forward and deliver email messages.
To have the Zyxel Device send reports, logs or notifications via email, you must specify an email server
and the email addresses of the sender and receiver.
38.2 The Email Notification Screen
Click Maintenance > Email Notification to open the Email Notification screen. Use this screen to view,
remove and add Email account information on the Zyxel Device. This account can be set to receive
email notifications for logs.
Note: The default port number of the mail server is 25.

DESCRIPTION
Click this button to create a new entry.
This field displays the server name or the IP address of the mail server.
This field displays the user name of the sender's mail account.
This field displays the port number of the mail server.
This field displays the protocol used for encryption.
This field displays the email address that you want to be in the from/sender line of the email that
the Zyxel Device sends.
Click this button to delete the selected entry(ies).
