Method

Place on a lighdy floured surface
Divide in half and press onto a 12 inch pizza pan, raising edges_
Sprinkle
each pan with t tablespoon
of cormneal
if desired° Generously
prick dough with a fork.
For one 12 inch thick crust do not divide.
2.. Bake 400°F/205°C
for 10-12 minutes
or until edges of crust begin to turn a light golden bro_ql
Remove, add toppings
and return
to oven to bake an additional
15-20 minutes..

Method
1o Place on a lightly floured surface
Divide mad press onto a ]2 inch pizza pan, raising edges..
2. Spread pizza sauce over the dough and sprinkle with toppings.
3.. Bake 425°F/218°C
for 20 minutes
or until crust is golden
brown around
edges.
