3. Brake hose (front brake master cylinder to brake
pipe/lower joint assembly)
4. Right handlebar switch lead
5. Front brake light switch lead
6. Clutch hose
7. Left handlebar switch lead
8. Clutch switch lead
9. Main switch lead
10. Immobilizer unit lead
11. Right front fork stepping motor lead
12. Left front fork stepping motor lead
13. Front wheel sensor lead
14. Brake hose (brake pipe/upper joint assembly to left
front brake caliper)
15. Brake hose (brake pipe/upper joint assembly to
right front brake caliper)
16. Brake hose (metering valve to right front brake
caliper)
17. Brake hose (brake pipe/upper joint assembly to
front brake calipers)
18. Relay unit lead
19. Main fuse lead
20. Right auxiliary light coupler
21. Positive battery lead
22. Front right turn signal light coupler
23. Throttle cable (accelerator cable)
24. Throttle cable (decelerator cable)
A. Be sure not to pinch the leads between the coupler
rubber cover and the front fork stepping motor.
B. Pass the clutch hose, handlebar switch leads, grip
warmer leads, front brake light switch lead, clutch
switch lead, and left front fork stepping motor lead
through the guide.
C. Route the main switch lead to the inside of the
clutch hose.
D. Route the immobilizer unit lead to the inside of the
clutch hose.
E. Fasten the right handlebar switch lead, right grip
warmer lead, front brake light switch lead, main
switch lead, and immobilizer unit lead with a plastic
locking tie. Face the end of the plastic locking tie
downward, angled inward, and then cut off the
excess end of the tie.
F. Insert the projection on the wire harness holder
completely into the hole in the electrical
components tray.
G. To electrical components board
H. Pass the brake hose (front brake master cylinder to
brake pipe/lower joint assembly), right handlebar
switch lead, right grip warmer lead, throttle cables,
front brake light switch lead, and right front fork
stepping motor lead through the guide as shown in
the illustration.
