(27) SP Motor ASY replacement

Removal
1. Remove the upper cover.
2. Remove the printer mechanism assembly.
3. Remove the screws securing SP motor ASY.
4. While loosening the SP belt tension, remove the SP motor ASY.
For details
1. Insert the (-) Screw Driver between SP belt and side frame
(refer to the below fig).
(Then use the (-) Screw Driver as lever)
2. Prize the SP belt tension pulley so that SP belt loosens. 3.
While SP belt loosens, the SP motor can be removed.
Installation
1. While loosening the SP belt tension, install the SP motor.
2. Fix the screws securing SP motor.
Note: After installation, the following adjustment is required:
-Bi-directional printing position
