Replace ink cartridge. In this example it is ink

Call for Service
Add material to be printed and retry
Restart the printer
Put the printer back online. If the problem
does not correct itself call Service.
Sensor is dirty. See Cleaning the Sensors in
the Maintenance chapter.
Sensor is dirty or material is blocking the
sensor. Clear material from printer or clean
the sensor. Refer to Cleaning the Sensors in
the Maintenance chapter.
Clean the sensor. See Cleaning the Sensors
in the Maintenance chapter.
Load a larger material size or adjust the
position of the print heads. Refer to Setting
the Print Head Positions in the Printer Basics
chapter.
Restart the printer. Contact Service if error
continues.
Paper shorter than specifications allow
for. Refer to Material Specifications in the
Appendix chapter.
Paper longer than specifications allow
for. Refer to Material Specifications in the
Appendix chapter.
Print job not ready when material reaches
print heads. Try slowing transport speed
by 5% increments. See Setup Menu in the
Printer Basics chapter.
Material jammed under indicated sensor
FS (Feed Sensor), SOP(Start of Print Sensor)
or EXS(Exit Sensor). Clear material from
printer or clean the sensor. Refer to Cleaning
the Sensors in the Maintenance chapter.
