Keycode security

A keycode protects against unauthorized ICB feature use. The keycode
restricts upgrades of either the number of ports or application software to a
given ICB card. Nortel Networks tracks the keycodes to allow for accurate
handling of field repairs and incremental upgrades.
Keycodes are required for the following upgrades:
Nortel Communication Server 1000/Communication Server 2100 Solution/Meridian SL-100
