Handset Administration Tool installation

To install the Handset Administration Tool for the WLAN Handset 6120/6140,
follow the steps in

Download the USB .zip file to the folder you created in
Create a folder for the USB files and extract the two files from the zip
file into the folder.
The two files are named slnkusb.sys and slnkusb.inf.
Place the Dual Charger on a flat, horizontal surface and plug the
power supply into the Dual Charger and into an appropriate wall
outlet.
Plug the USB cable into the Dual Charger and into an available USB
port on the PC.
Power off a WLAN Handset 6120/6140 and place it into the charger.
The handset automatically powers on in USB mode.
The Microsoft Found New Hardware Wizard opens and asks if it can
connect to Windows Update to search for software.
Select the No, not at this time radio button and click Next.
On the next dialog box, which prompts you for information about
installing the USB device, select Install from a list or specific
location (Advanced) and click Next.
On the next dialog box, which prompts you for the location, select
Search for the best driver in these locations, clear the Search
removable media check box, select the Include this location in the
search check box and browse to the location of the USB driver files.
Click Next.
The Microsoft Wizard displays a warning message that states that
the software you are installing has not passed Windows Logo
testing. The USB software has been fully tested and will not harm
your system.
Click Continue Anyway.
After the USB driver is installed, click Finish to close the wizard, and
then proceed with handset configuration.
