Soft keys in standby mode
In the CS 1000, call server features include redial, speed-dial, and
phonebook. These features are disabled in the handset. Access such CS
1000 features through the Directory Services option on the Feature List.
Press FCN on the handset to display the Feature List.
Active idle mode and active mode
After you press the Actv soft key, the handset enters the active idle
mode. The soft keys that are programmed from the CS 1000 replace the
standby-mode soft keys so you can access features while the handset is still
on-hook. The active idle mode times out if no keys are pressed. This same
set of soft keys also appears when the handset is off-hook or in a call.
