Language configuration
To configure the language of the handset, you must make a configuration
change while the handset is in the Idle state and another configuration
change while it is in the Busy state.

Idle state

With the handset in the Idle state, press the FCN key and select Language.
Choose a language from the list. This configuration controls the language in
which the display information that is provided locally by the handset appears.

Busy state

With the handset in the Busy state, press the Menu key and then the FCN
key. Choose Services > Telephone options > Language and choose a
language from the list. This configuration controls the language that the CS
1000 uses to send display information to the handset.

Remove the handset from the charger.
Action
On the Handset Settings Editor toolbar, click Read Handset.
After the Handset indicator turns off, the upload is complete and the
handset settings appear in the Handset settings fields.
(Optional) Copy settings to Editable settings fields.
(Optional) Create configuration plans.

Save the settings by user or extension.
