In case of emergency/Flat tires
. Do not stand directly next to the
tire while the compressor is
pumping.
. Watch the sidewall of the tire
while the compressor is pump-
ing. If any cracks, bumps or
similar damage appear, turn off
the compressor. In this case, do
not continue to use the tire.
Contact your SUBARU dealer or
a road service.
11. Attach the speed limit label in the
position shown in the illustration.
WARNING
Do not attach the label to the steer-
ing wheel pad or dashboard. If the
SRS frontal airbag deploys, the label
could interfere with proper opera-
tion of the airbag and could be
propelled inside the vehicle and
cause injury. Refer to "SRS airbags"
F1-58.
12. Turn off the power switch when the air
pressure reaches 180 kPa.
CAUTION
If the pressure does not reach 180
kPa for 10 minutes, you cannot
repair the tire with the flat tire repair
kit. Contact your SUBARU dealer or
a road service.
NOTE
The pressure will exceed 300 kPa
temporarily and then decrease when
all the sealant enters the tire.
13. Remove the fitting from the valve while
pushing the air vent button.
CAUTION
Remove the fitting quickly.
