• Positive tester probe →
solenoid terminal "1"
• Negative tester probe →
solenoid terminal "2"

c. Measure the VVA solenoid resistance.

CHECKING THE FUEL INJECTOR
1. Remove:
• Fuel injector
Refer to "THROTTLE BODY" on page 7-7.
2. Check:
• Fuel injector resistance
Out of specification → Replace the fuel injec-
tor.
Resistance
12.2 Ω
a. Disconnect the fuel injector coupler from
the fuel injector.
b. Connect the multimeter to the fuel injector
coupler as shown.
