Front fork oil seal installer

7. Install:
• Oil seal clip "1"
New
TIP
Adjust the oil seal clip so that it fits into the outer
tube's groove.
New
8. Install:
• Dust seal "1"
(with the front fork oil seal installer "2")

FRONT FORK
9. Install:
• Fork spring"1"
• Spacer "2"
• Locknut "3"
• Collar "4"
• Cap bolt "5"
(along with the O-ring

a. Install the fork spring "1".
TIP
Install the fork spring with its smaller pitch "a"
downward.
b. Install the spacer.
c. Tighten the locknut (till end of threads).
d. Install the collar.
