Oil Pressure (RED)
When this indicator light is ON,
it indicates a low oil pressure
condition of the engine.
CAUTION: If the light does not
turn off right after engine start-
ing, stop engine. Check engine
oil level. Refill if necessary. If
the oil level is good, see an au-
thorized Bombardier ATV deal-
er. Do not use the vehicle until
repaired.
Engine Temperature (RED)
When this indicator light is ON,
it indicates the engine is over-
heating.
If engine overheats, refer to EN-
GINE OVERHEAT in SPECIAL
PROCEDURES.
CAUTION: If the light does not
turn off right after engine start-
ing, stop engine. See an autho-
rized Bombardier ATV dealer.
Do not use the vehicle until re-
paired.
Neutral (GREEN)
When lit, it indicates the trans-
mission is in neutral position.
Reverse (RED)
When lit, it indicates the trans-
mission is in reverse position.
Park (AMBER)
When lit, it indicates the trans-
mission is in park position.
8) Ignition Switch
Located on the console.
Key-operated, 3-position switch: OFF,
ON with lights and ON without lights.

1. Ignition switch
Insert key in switch and turn to the de-
sired position. To remove key, turn key
to OFF then pull it out.
The ON with lights position, turns on
all lights with either the engine running
or not. Remember that having the
lights on without the engine running
discharges the battery. Always turn ig-
nition to OFF after engine has been
stopped.
NOTE: While engine can be stopped
by turning ignition key OFF, we recom-
mend the engine be stopped by the
engine stop switch.
9) Fuel Tank Cap
The fuel tank cap is located on the left
side of the rear fender.
CAUTION: Never place anything
over fuel tank cap because the vent
hole on the top of fuel tank cap can
be blocked and the engine could
misfire.
Unscrew counterclockwise and remove
cap to allow fuel tank filling then fully
tighten clockwise.
