Remedy
For help, please contact your dealer.
Refill the black ink.
Refill the magenta ink.

Turn on the humidification function and wait for
a while.
Lower your room humidity.
Remove such obstacle from the platen, flatten
its surface, and press the OK button to clear the
error.
