Specifies whether to print
backgrounds in HTML
documents.

Image Menu

This menu selection is used to change the size or orientation of a printed image, or to invert a printed image.

Purpose
Auto Fit
Selects optimal paper size,
scaling, and orientation.
Invert
Inverts bi-tonal monochrome
images.
Scaling
Scales the image to fit media
size.
Orientation
Sets the image orientation.
Using printer menus

Portrait*—Prints text and graphics parallel
to the short edge of the paper.
Landscape—Prints text and graphics
parallel to the long edge of the paper.
You can set the margin from 8 to 255 mm in
1 mm increments.
Print*—Prints HTML backgrounds.
Do Not Print—Does not print HTML
backgrounds.
Note: When set to On, this setting
overrides the scaling setting and can
override the orientation setting for
some images.
Note: Does not apply to GIF or JPEG.
Note: When the Auto Fit setting is set
to On, Scaling is automatically set to
Best Fit.
Portrait*—Prints text and graphics
parallel to the short edge of the paper.
Landscape—Prints text and graphics
parallel to the long edge of the paper.
