The following is the I/O signal list of the Web server module for the programmable
controller CPU.
The following I/O signal assignment is based on the case where the start I/O No. of the
MES interface module is "0000" (installed to slot 0 of the main base unit)
If mounted on other than Slot 0, use the device numbers corresponding to the slot.
Device X indicates an input signal from the Web server module to the programmable
controller CPU, and device Y indicates an output signal from the programmable
controller CPU to the Web server module.
