6.11.2 Setting test

[Setting Purpose]
1) An access target CPU test confirms whether normal access can be made to
the access target programmable controller CPU set in the access target CPU
setting.
2) An e-mail sending test sends e-mail to the destination e-mail address set in
the e-mail setting to confirm the e-mail transmission status.
3) A file transfer test transfers a test file to the FTP server set in the FTP setting
to confirm the file transfer status.
4) A PING test issues the PING command to the specified external device (mail
server, FTP server, etc.) to confirm the existence of the external device.
