Cause
Bushings [4] made of powdered metal are used in the delivery reverse drive unit [2] at the delivery reverse
drive assembly [1]. They [4] are also used in the reverse paper delivery assembly [3]. With prolonged use of
the machine, the sliding level of the bushings [4] was deteriorated. This caused an excessive load on the
motor of the delivery reverse drive assembly [1], resulting in the symptom.
