If you replaced the PTFE sensor module O-rings, re-torque the flange bolts after
installation to compensate for cold flow of the O-ring material.

For Range 1 transmitters: after replacing O-rings and re-installing the process flange,
expose the transmitter to a temperature of 185 °F (85 °C) for two hours. Then re-tighten
the flange bolts in a cross pattern, and again expose the transmitter to a temperature of
185 °F (85 °C) for two hours before calibration.
