a) Coplanar process flange:
Hold the process flange in place by installing the two alignment screws to
finger tightness (screws are not pressure retaining). Do not over-tighten
as this will affect module-to-flange alignment.
Install the four 1.75-in. flange bolts by finger tightening them to the
flange.
b) Coplanar process flange with flange adapters:
Hold the process flange in place by installing the two alignment screws to
finger tightness (screws are not pressure retaining). Do not over-tighten
