Solenoid power abnormality
When solenoid power of SERVO CONTROL p. c. b.
fluctuates more than ± 15%.
Heat sink temperature for SERVO CONTROL p. c.

Turn ON the power again after taking overheat time
of SERVO CONTROL p. c. b.
X feed motor origin retrieval error
When origin sensor signal is not inputted at the time
