FUNCTION:
· TIME press the mode key until pointer lock on the TIME. The total working time will be
shown when starting exercise.
· COUNT press the MODE key until pointer lock on COUNT. Automatically accumulates
workout count when starting exercise.
· TOTAL COUNT press the mode key until pointer lock on T.COUNT. Automatically
accumulates workout count when starting exercise.
· CALORIE press the mode key until pointer lock on CALORIE. The calories burned will be
displayed when starting exercise.
SCAN: display changes according to the next diagram every 4 seconds. Automatically display of
the following functions in the order shown:
COUNT – TIME – CAL – T.COUNT
Note:
1. Without any signal coming in 4-5 minutes, the LCD display will be shut off automatically.
2. When there is signal input, the monitor automatically turns on.
3. If there is a possibility to see an improper display on the monitor, please replace the
batteries to have a good result. You must be to replace the batteries at the same time.
4. The monitor use 2 pieces AA batteries.

Care and Maintenance Instructions

Regular Inspection of your machine is important
for your safety and the safe use of the machine.
Your AB Circle Pro has been professionally designed to require very limited
customer care and maintenance.To ensure this,we recommend that you do
the following:
1. Prior to each use inspect your machine for loose components and tighten
or any loose components.
2. Regular check all nuts,bolts,screws and the frame to be sure that they are
tight and secure and have not suffered any long-term wear that may cause
the machine to break down.
3. If parts are damaged,do NOT use the machine until they have been
replaced.
4. Spray the plastic surface with mild,not-abrasive cleaner to keep dust,sweat
and marks off your unit after each use.
5. Prior to each use checke the wheels under the knee bowls to ensure that
they are tight and secure and have not suffered any long term wear and
tear.
