ECO PLUS: if the programming function is used in conjunction with the "ECO" function (see "ECO function" paragraph),
the temperature is set automatically by the appliance. It is therefore only possible to set the desired time band for hot
water availability. If the "set" knob is turned, "PLUS ECO" will appear on the display for 3 seconds, indicating the
simultaneous operation of these two functions. This operating mode maximises the amount of energy saved.
• Holiday mode (
lit): allows to set a period of stand-by when the appliance doesn't work (for example a period
of holiday, when the user doesn't need hot water). The holiday period can be set from 1 hour to 99 days by rotating
the knob. On the display will blink the holiday period: ex. "h01" (1 hour), or "d01" (1 day). Press "set" knob to confirm
and exit. During this period, the display shows the holiday mode icon and the remaining time. At the end of the holiday
period, the appliance will start working in the previous mode.
ECO function
The "ECO" function is a software program which automatically "learns" the consumption levels of the user, helping
to minimise heat dispersion while maximising the amount of energy saved.
The operation of the "ECO" software consists in an initial memorising period which lasts one week, during which the
product begins operating at the temperature set by the user and adjusts it every day to energy requirements in order
to maximise the amount of energy saved.
At the end of this "learning" week, the "ECO" software will begin activating the water heating process in accordance
with the time periods and quantities identified automatically by the product after it has finished monitoring the activities
of the user. The product ensures a store of hot water even during the periods when hot water production has not been
scheduled.
To activate the "ECO" function, press the corresponding button, which will light up in green.
While the "ECO" function is active, manual temperature selection is disabled.
If you wish to increase or decrease the temperature, the "ECO" function must be deactivated by pressing the illuminated
button, which will then switch off. Whenever the "ECO" function or the product itself is switched off and then on again,
the function starts up from the beginning of the "learning" period.
In order to ensure the "ECO" function operates correctly, we recommend the product is not disconnected from the
electricity supply.
EXTRA POWER function
(for models featuring a user interface as represented in figures 4 and 6)
The product usually operates at its basic power level.
The EXTRA POWER function activates additional power to speed up the rate at which water is heated. To activate it,
press the
illuminated button (Ref. B), which will light up in yellow. To deactivate it, press the same button again;
the light will switch off.

USEFUL INFORMATION

If the water comes out cold
Have the following checked:
- the terminal board is powered;
- the PCB;
- the heating parts of the heating element.
If the water is boiling (steam from the taps)
Disconnect the appliance from the electricity supply and have the following checked:
-the PCB;
- the amount of limescale build-up in the tank and on the components.
Insufficient hot water supply
Have the following checked:
- the pressure of the water mains;
- he condition of the hot water inlet pipe;
- the electrical components.
Water trickling from the pressure safety device
During the heating phase, some water may trickle from the tap. This is normal. To prevent the water trickling, a suitable
expansion vessel must be installed on the flow system.
If the trickling continues even after the heating phase, have the device calibration checked.
