ENGINE / COOLING / HVAC SYSTEM

POOR A/C PERFORMANCE

1. Start the utility vehicle. Engage the A/C system with
the blower fan on high. Run the vehicle at full rpm for
approximately 15 minutes, with the cab door closed.
2. Check the temperature at the louvers
thermometer.
3. The louver temperature should be between 55 - 70°F
(13 - 31°C) depending on the humidity in the air.
4. If temperature is too high, check the blower fan for
proper operation or noise, and replace if necessary.

The heater valve should rotate. If it does not rotate,
check the potentiometer for proper function.
8. Replace the heater valve.
