Description
Configures the operating mode of the Switch.
Specify:
bridging — Layer 2 bridging functions only
iprouting — Bridging and IP unicast
routing functions
If this command is used to change the
operating mode of the Summit once it is up
and running, it causes the Switch to save the
configuration and reboot. The default
operating mode is iprouting.
Resets all Switch parameters (with the
exception of defined VLANs and IP
addresses) to the factory defaults. If you
specify the keyword all, the IP addresses are
reset as well.

continuous — ICMP echo messages
should be sent continuously.
size <n> — The size of the packet.
The continuous option can be interrupted by
pressing any key.
Traces the routed path between the Switch
and a destination endstation.
Clears all statistical counters for the Switch
and ports.
