Repair Instructions
Changing the Oil in Hydrostatic Machines
Empty the hydrostatic transmission by means of the
two 14 mm plugs, the other screws are smaller in
size.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Used oil is an environmental hazard and
must not be disposed of on the ground or
in nature; it should always be disposed of
at a workshop or appropriate disposal
location.
Avoid skin contact; wash with soap and
water in case of spills.
Fill the oil tank with oil.
Air the transmission as described in Airing the
Hydrostatic Transmission's Oil System. Fill with oil
as needed during airing.
Test run the machine and check the oil level.

Removing Belt
Starting position for removing belt:
• No unit is attached to the machine.
• The front part of the belt is loose.
The entire belt is removed according to the follow-
ing only when a snow blade is to be attached to the
machine.
1. Loosen the belt guides and the support pulley.

2. Loosen the wheel on the belt tensioner.
3. Ease off the belt from the middle pulley and
remove the belt.
To fit the belt, follow the removal instructions in the
reverse order.
