Install nut 2 and tighten to
specified torque.

44 lb/ft (60 Nm)
Install retaining screw 1.
Retaining screw on lock
nut for lower head tube
2 lb/ft (3 Nm)
Install fork bridge insert 1, tak-
ing care to align it with the fork
bridge using the marking 2 for
the desired offset.
Install top fork bridge 4.
Install steering head nut 3 and
tighten to specified torque.
Top fork bridge on head
tube
59 lb/ft (80 Nm)
Tighten screws 2 to appropri-
ate torque.
Top fork bridge on fixed
fork tube
Joint compound: Lubricate
thread, Optimoly TA
14 lb/ft (19 Nm)
Install screws 1 and tighten to
specified torque.
Locking screw on top
