Roll front wheel into front

Lift front wheel and install
quick-release axle 1 with
appropriate torque.
Quick-release axle in
threaded bush
Joint compound: Lubricate
quick-release axle and thread,
Optimoly TA
37 lb/ft (50 Nm)
Tighten clamping bolts 2 to
appropriate torque.
Clamping screw in axle
adapter
Tightening sequence: Tighten
the screws 4 times, alternating
between one and the other
each time
Joint compound: Lubricate
thread, Optimoly TA
14 lb/ft (19 Nm)
Fastening brake caliper
( 113).
Secure wheel speed sensor 2
and fit bolt 1.
Front wheel speed sen-
sor on bracket
Joint compound: Lubricate
thread, Optimoly TA
4 lb/ft (5 Nm)
Remove engine jack.
Install the upper section of the
fairing ( 130).
Install the right fairing side
panel ( 130).
Install left fairing side panel in
the same way.
Install engine spoiler ( 130).
