By using the Servo configuration Software, the current alarm and
five past alarm numbers are stored and displayed.
By changing the parameter setting or using the Servo
Configuration Software, any devices can be assigned to 9 input, 5
output and 1 I/O pins.
Servo motor-torque is limited.

The servo status is displayed.
Jog operation, positioning operation, motor-less operation, DO
forced output, 1-step feed
The servo motor travel region can be limited using the forward
rotation stroke end (LSP)/reverse rotation stroke end (LSN).
The travel region is limited using parameters in terms of address.
The function similar to that of a limit switch is limited by
parameter.
