5. To install, reverse the removal procedure.

. When attaching the rubber packing (dome), pay attention to its direction.
. When attaching the rubber packing (dome), be careful not to twist it.
. When attaching the dome cover holder and dome flange, temporarily tighten the screws evenly in
diagonal direction in the order of a → a' → b → b' → c → c' respectively as shown in the illustra-
tion. After this, tighten them with the specified torque value. (The position of "a" can be arbitrary.)
. When attaching the dome cover assembly, check that the O-ring (DOME) is securely fitted in the
groove of the out cabinet without being twisted.
