Fig. 205: Installing tensioning device
u Place pin 20 in bracket.
u Place distance sleeve 19 and plate 18 in pin 20.
u Mount tensioning device 11 to bracket with screw 16, washer 17 and nut 25.
u Tighten screw 16 and nut 25 to torque.

u Use 1/2" toggle in tensioning device 11.
u Pivot back the tensioning device against the spring force to the limit stop.
u Use a guiding rod in the specified location to lock the tensioning device.
u Mount V-belt 15 on the alternator and PTO pulleys.
u Remove the guiding rod.
