u Screw end covers 12 with screws 13 and seals 2.
u Screw compensator 11 to charge air cooler with screws 10, 15, washers 14 and seal 2.
u Screw compensator 11 to turbocharger with screws 3, seal 2 and nuts 1.
u Assemble pipe 5 with compensators 4 using screws 9, seals 2 and nuts 1.
u Screw assembly to charge air cooler with screws 10 and seal 2.
u Screw assembly to turbocharger with screws 3, seal 2 and nuts 1.
u Screw clamps 8, 18 with screws 7, 16, locking plates 6 and distance sleeves 17.
Information
Bend locking plates 6 after assembly.
u Tighten screws 7 to torque.
